  • WHY BALI?

    Bali occupies a very special place in my heart. I went to Bali in 2016, to attend my very first retreat. This was the very first time I had traveled alone to a country I had never been to. Although I knew I wanted to attend this retreat, I was initially scared to do so. Traveling alone to Asia sounded daunting, but when I learned that the retreat had everything planned, and all I had to do was to get there, my worries melted away.

    Bali is a spiritual place, filled with ancient wonders and kind, giving people. The moment I set foot on Balinese soil, I just feel more connected. To myself, to nature, and to other people. That feeling has stayed with me forever.


    I’ve now been to Bali 4 times, and I look forward to sharing Bali with you on my inaugural retreat. I look forward to making history with you, helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and make incredible, lasting changes.


    The last 2 years have been challenging on all of us. For myself, I’ve navigated life during a global pandemic, become a mother, and found my true calling - which inspired me to leave a decades long career to pursue my dream of helping others.


    We’ve gone through so much these past few years, and now is the time to reset, rejuvenate and renew. Let’s do it together - and have an incredible time along the way.


    I have picked my favorite places around Ubud, where we’ll be staying, discover, eat, shop, rejuvenate, and connect. We’ll sample the food and steep in the culture as we play, relax and go deep.

    $1,200 (non-refundable deposit to secure your spot!)

    6 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 6 dinners. An enriching culinary experience that will delight your senses. Ranging from local foods, vegetarian, fusion, clean food, plant based.

    What to expect

    Every day has been perfectly curated for you! with the right balance of relaxation, pampering, excursions, meaningful connection, solo time and yummy food.

    Room Details

    590 sq. ft room, which includes a bathroom, bedroom and a balcony or terrace, overlooking the pool or garden. The room is equipped with a shower, bath tub, tea and coffee maker, safe deposit box, mini bar, slippers, air conditioner. Each room can be set up with (1) King size bed, or (2) twin beds (Hollywood twin).

    Airfare is not included. You are responsible for getting yourself to and from the Denpasar International Airport (DPS)

    Our first meal as a group, you'll meet your new retreat and lifetime friends. We will enjoy a beautiful meal together at Honai. Please plan to arrive before 7pm

    GROUNDING IN BALI

    Monday, March 27th 2023

    Wake up to 60 min of yoga, to help you leave your travels behind, and to help your body feel its best, followed by a yummy Balinese breakfast. The group coaching session for today will provide clarity and will help you set intentions for your week. Our first excursion to the Tirta Empul Water Temple, will leave you feeling refreshed. Back at Honai, pampering awaits!

    UPLIFTED IN BALI

    Tuesday, March 28th 2023

    An early hike to the dramatic and scenic Tjampuhan Ridge will energize you, followed by yummy Balinese breakfast at Honai. In the afternoon, we will attend a 1.5 hr meditation class, to help us reconnect with our center.
